TORR HEAD

A private infill development of 3 No. rural cottages and 1 No. repurposed derelict out building sympathetically designed to blend into the idyllic surrounding coastal area. Low white rendered walls, natural slate, conservation roof lights, skewed gable ends, white painted timber sash windows, natural stone and vernacular proportions, all come together to give the development a traditional feel, all while meeting the stringent requirements of modern Building Regulations. This small development has shown a delicate approach to the provision of modern dwelling facilities and standards of construction within the form of the classic rural cottage.
