This development comprised 7no. dwellings with finishes carefully selected to reflect the coastal location. Composite cladding harmonises with the surroundings while providing an easily maintainable façade. Spatial requirements were considered in depth, which, combined with the attractive commuting distance from Belfast, ensured that these contemporary homes were extremely popular. The final result is a collection of striking, smart interesting buildings.
