BOVALLY

GM Design prepared a master plan for the long term development of what is the extensive Bovally neighbourhood in Limavady. The masterplan was housing led and in addition to the extensive housing lands also included complimentary neighbourhood facilities comprising commercial, community uses and areas of open space.

We delivered the components of the masterplan on a phased basis by obtaining full planning approvals and Building Control approvals to enable construction of the development. More recently we have obtained subsequent approvals on behalf of other developers who have acquired land within Bovally to develop for housing. This extensive neighbourhood is now largely built out.
