OMAGH INNOVATION CENTRE

This design and build contract consisted of a 14,000sq.ft extension to existing Business Enterprise premises providing 32 no. additional office units, new reception/waiting area and associated external works including landscaping, parking facilities, signage etc. Works also included consequential improvements to the existing building which comprised of upgrading the roof & wall insulation, installing low voltage lighting systems, solar hot water generating system & upgrading the existing oil fired heating system to LPG Gas.
