GM Design provided full RIBA Stage 0-7 design and project management services for this new build Petrol Filling Station development. From design inception to gaining of all statutory approvals and full implementation of works on site, we ensured the project was delivered to the unique needs and requirements of our client, Nicholl Fuel Oils. The Petrol Filling Station includes a 3 island / 6 pump petrol forecourt with ancillary shop, hot food takeaway unit, first floor office accommodation, car wash, vehicle parking and associated landscaping. Additional ancillary services provided on site include a local laundrette facility. GM Design also assisted the client with the design and install of the petrol canopy and totem signage.
The delivery of this development has provided essential services and facilities for road users and the surrounding residential neighbourhoods. The project also achieved an objective of the wider Housing led Gorteen Masterplan, in which GM Design had previously played a key role in delivering, on this 30 hectare site.
