GM Design Associates have provided Consultancy services for major housing associations comprising both major and cyclical projects. These have included a vast array of works; heating upgrades, kitchen/bathroom replacement, re-model of existing schemes, fire protection, redecoration, etc and have ranged from circa. £10k to £250k per project and circa £4m programme value per annum. Time and budget limitations are closely monitored and individual projects delivered concurrently to ensure funding constrictions are met.

Images illustrate The Brook, a housing with care dementia scheme which received a re-model to provide a new accessible WC. Redecoration was also delivered with special research and attention given. Bright colours and specific signage was chosen to best assist those living in the building. Special The contract period was dealt with sensitively regular site meetings held between contractor, client, scheme managers and GM Design Associates to ensure the various works were completed with little disturbance to residents and their routines.
